Advising a customer of rate changes or terms changes can be tricky. When using the same package to tell some customers their rates have gone up and others that theirs have gone down can get even trickier. We have successfully used the seasonal theme mailings to advise Associates customers of the change in terms. Whether favorable to them or not, customers have been appreciative of the professionalism of our approach.
