VISA INTERACTIVE: Issuers' Clearing House

This campaign was a two-part direct mail project directed toward VISA Card issuers, touting the credit risk and fraud information provided through Issuers' Clearinghouse Service (ICS), a VISA offering. Included in the mailings were an interactive mailer which introduced the issuers to ICS, followed by a demonstration CD that gave issuers a hands-on feel of how quick, easy and reliable the ICS program could be. By revealing previous fraud reports and suspicious information on potential card holders, ICS could eliminate potential risks and increase profitability.

The CD was enclosed in a colorful, VISA brand-specific, self-mailer box. Inside the box, accompanying the CD, was a letter from the VISA issuer risk management director thanking and congratulating issuers for their interest in the program. VISA was extremely pleased with the response they received from this mailing, paving the way for our involvement in other projects.
