cardholders on the road. The kid included a durable nylon
case with jumper cables, tools, flashlight, first aid kit,
emergency flare, tire inflator and more. When they offered
it, 10% of the previously inactive customers used their cards
and charged an average of $750. This kit was also used by
First Security to persuade bank customers to open a loan when
using this emergency roadside kit, they reported a substantial
increase in loan business and the quality of applicants. |
